YO MATIES, TODAY'S REVIEW IS ABOUT AN ANIME CALLED GUILTY CROWN!

Guilty Crown has 22 episodes, an OVA, and a game. It's about the story takes place in Tokyo in 2039, after the outbreak of the "Apocalypse Virus" during what became known as the "Lost Christmas" of 2029. Since then, Japan has been under the control of the multinational organization called GHQ.

Ouma Shu is a 17 year-old boy who mistakenly obtains a rare and great power. He can use this power, "The Right Hand of the King," to extract "voids," or tools/weapons that are the manifestations of peoples' hearts.

He has been rather shy since a childhood tragedy, but both his personality and life change forever when he meets a girl named Yuzuriha Inori, a member of the rebel group called "Funeral Parlor," whose members seek the restoration of self-government in Japan via the ousting of GHQ.

Plot 5/10

It started out strong and just kinda drifted into several places. I just want to point out that there are way more things on this list than normal, and it's not because Guilty Crown is a bad anime but because in other reviews I half assed it and only listed a few hoping you guys would watch them.

-Inori conviently went the the place where our MC, Shu goes to because plot.

-Shu's meeting with Inori who was miraculously where he usually goes ends up making him have flash backs of his past which he has forgotten.

-Gai comes out of no where and saves Shu who just got his ass beat. Gai Ex Machina.

-After just 4 episodes Shu went from getting his ass beat to one of the strongest people introduced so far.

-Here is where the plot goes off, now Shu infiltrates a place and ends up fighting his sister who he forgot about, and she can also control the Apocalypse Virus.

-The plot takes another turn when people are evacuated to a closed off place and have to survive with a wall closing in on them.

-Shu got betrayed by the peopled he bossed around and abandoned, I'm not counting this as a bad thing, actually it's the opposite. When this happened I was glad it did because Shu finally became normal Shu again.

-The plot takes yet ANOTHER turn now.

-Inori gains control over her powers she obviously couldn't control before.

-The entire fight that goes down over the last Void Genom was just so Shu could get his powers back and look bad ass while doing it.

-Shu now goes to fight Daath and this is where the anime gets supernatural as fuck. In the first arc Shu was the only thing that made things supernatural, then came Gai, and now Shu is fighting some one else with the Void Genom and uses a power he's never even sued before like he has sued it tons of times.

-Shu fights Gai and is miraculously to draw Inori's void. Inori Ex Machina.

-Shu and Inori start taking all of the Apocalypse Virus onto them selves but Inori gives Shu more string and ends up taking it all on her self. And I'm not worried about that, what I'm worried about is... What is with Inori and string???

Characters 6/10 WHELP, I have to admit, while the characters aren't the most original, they're also original, it's

hard to explain.

-When the GHQ take Inori away Shu decides to help her even though he knows she's a terrorist. Because the plot needs to keep going.

-Shu follows the robot of a terrorist carrying what could be an extremely dangerous weapon without questioning it, because plot.

-Shu decides to become a king because his friend died.

-Shu ended up becoming a dick king.

-Inori falls in love with Shu because of plot.

-Gai ends up fighting for the enemy to beat the enemy even though he didn't need to.

-Any one notice Inori is a bit obsessed with string??

Soundtrack 10/10 This anime honestly has the best soundtrack I've ever heard.

Art 8/10 This anime looks AMAZING.

Animation 8/10 The animation is wonderful.

Enjoyment 9/10

Over all 8/10

I know I pointed out a lot of flaws this time but I want to do that with every anime instead of just giving two or three, every anime has flaws and I think you should give them a try despite these flaw, especially Guilty Crown.

Any ways, that's all for today's review. CYA MATIES!
